Peter is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He completed his legal articles at Silberbauers Attorneys in Cape Town in 1993 and subsequently worked as a member of the legal team at Cape of Good Hope Bank.
Smith, Tabata, Buchanan Boyes Attorneys
In 1998 Peter assumed a position as a conveyancing associate at Smith, Tabata, Buchanan Boyes Attorneys. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Director, a position he continued to hold until his decision to take a sabbatical at the end of 2007, to explore other commercial property interests.
Property Law and Conveyancing
Peter then spent two years in the real estate industry after which he elected to return to practice law and establish his own boutique law firm specializing in property law and conveyancing in 2010.
Retail Conveyancing and Commercial Property Finance
Peter has extensive experience in the field of retail conveyancing and commercial property finance.
He has successfully opened schemes, both sectional title and freehold, and takes an active interest in the field of commercial law and contract.
